I have my defill booked for thursday afternoon after I've had my chest scan and x-ray. I'm going to ask for just 1ml to be taken out and hopefully that will allow me to eat something without being sick.Wish me luck lolxx

Hi Gaynor. Good luck for Thursday. I'm sure it will work wonders, I know it did for me.
My last fill was in May still under contract, took it up to 8.25ml in a 10ml band. Just what I needed.
Month or so later, I was sick after every meal, not eating, started with the acid reflux. Horrendous time. By this time I was out of contract, went back to see them, and they advised the band was working and I needed a defill. Though the nurse wouldn't take out 1ml, has she said it will be too much and I would be coming back to have some put back in. So she took out 0.50ml. And that as made so much difference, amazing. Life back to normal, cost me £125 for the defill, but well worth it.
I'm sure you'll see the difference straight away. Best Wishes

Sorry to hear you are still being sick, i hope it all gets sorted for you when you have the de-fill. I am now 9 days away from joining you with a band!
