Eggs

Just over 3 weeks post op for gastric bypass,started mushies on we'd,thought I would have scrambled egg for brekky,would have thought it would go down ok,NO CHANCE.felt like I had swallowed a football,then threw up,can anyone else eat eggs or is that a no,no.wont be trying that again in a hurry,!!!

Try again in a couple of weeks
I am 2 1/2 years out and I still can't eat eggs

Me too 8 months out & still no eggs. Loved them before & so nutritious.

I'm 7 weeks out I can eat them no problem. But most of the time I only eat the yolk and a little bit of white.

no problem soft boiled or poached, chicken leg meat with me just can't keep it down no matter what its in i know when theres leg meat in there as up it comes everything else is ok just smaller portions, good luck with the eggs

Eggs are one of those things I'm afraid. You might be ok with them over time though.

I love eggs and luckily can still manage them, for me poached on the soft side is best!
