I bet no-one else thought about it. They would probably just think you were'nt well. Good luck on getting your surgery and don't be so down on yourself. At least you made an effort to go on the trip in the first place and did'nt make an excuse to get out of it. You did well to go so be proud.

I totally understand its awful but your on track to a better future now. I get the same pains and had a similar experience recently I was so upset. I waited nearly 1 year for my PCT approval but my paperwork got lost, had I not chased it up with my GP I would still be waiting. Its worth asking your GP to see where things are up to. Luckily I got my approval and am now waiting for my first step which is to see an Endocronologist next month... I do hope I dont have another year to wait I need help now..

i hope you soon get your funding because the pain is really bad, ive stoped going out socialising and have to get taxis to and from the shops so i know how you feel. this site is great because you tend to feel that its just you but hering that most of the others suffer the same pains somehow brings you back into the world againcause you realise your not on your own. wen were all fit again well have to get together and do a half marathon just for the pure joy that we can good luck
