how much exercise do you daily and do you do it every day, iv been told by some gym bunnys that i shouldnt work out everyday but should have rests but im not sure if thats right

I do an hours power walk most days. The only time I miss is if I have something on.

Just got back after 3 days off due to a hectic weekend. I really miss it when I don't do it. I don't think it hurst to have a couple of days off but it is fine to do it everyday. Some weeks I do 7 days, but on average I would say I do 5 days in 7.

Its fine to exercise everyday but you shouldn't do weights etc everyday, you need your muscles to rest, if its just walking etc then thats fine

Yeah i agree, alternate your work out to one day high cardio vascular and the next weights, i tend to do a mile run on weights days as i find it a really warms me up and on cardio days i'll do a 2 mile run followed by some cross trainer, crunches and some sit ups. weekends i cools down unless we have a walk or cycle ride planned

You dont have to run :D i like running because its something i couldn't do and i get a bit of a fix from it, you can do other cardio stuff like cycling or swimming which is equally as good for you ! .........i think bottom line is if your doing something, be it a 2 mile run or a brisk walk through the park its better than doing nothing
