Thanks - its not all about eating though, as you lose you'll find you havemore energy to exercise and do more, this all helps with mobility and of course weight lose !
I'll be honest its not easy and takes time to get used to things, i'm really guilty of breaking all the rules, i used to eat and drink at the same time, and avoid the uncomfortable feeling of eating to much, and i've oftern made myself sick eating to much - you have to remember we all have an eating disorder, the desire to eat does return and thats when you need the techniques to stay straight.
I'f you've not read it yet read 'Pouch rules for dummies' posted by PH - its good accurate advice and really works !
