Famous at Last

Thanks hun. I cant wait to feel like that. x

Not long now, and remember you have the Massive to support you, that makes a whole world of difference having direct contactable support from others that have gone through it all before you ! (Red, the Verminator to name a few) - soon it wont be the Walsaw massive anymore, but more like the Walsaw Minis lol :D

You are so right Richard, Im happy to be walking in Terri and Angela's footsteps on this crazy journey.

you've done so well richard, you'll get that last 2 stones with no problems

Well done Richard you have done amazingly well considering this time last year you were only starting to think about surgery. What an inspiration to us all. Take care.

when ive sorted my self out with a bypass and every things ok ,i am telling my baby (39)year old brother about it as he looks just like my dad and hes got so big like my dad did (my dad died age 55 ,11 years ago and im frightened ill do the same and my little big brother will do so too)
i know hes so unhappy with putting on weight so its really nice to read about male sucess stories
i have no plans of telling any family apart from my husband what i am doing untill its done and working if at all apart from him.

Its strange, almost as many men as women undergo WLS, yet men seem more reluctant to talk openly about there experiences and success than women do.

Richard just read your story can i say thanks from someone awaiting surgery you have given me so much hope and inspiration. Your picture is fantastic lots of hugs from sunny scotland to say a huge well done xx
Allie

Thanks Allie - you'll be there yourself very soon, and i'm sure knowing you are having Mr Ammori, i'm sure you will be fine.

Wow, you have done so well. You look so different and so much more confident looking. Fantastic.

PS can we have the George Clooney back rather than the dead rat?
