suffer from depression. but i think its cos landlords put rent up so ive got hassle of going to council to do that and some benefit stuff im waiting for im worrying about. not sleeping much at the moment and missing steve. the hugs are working though,thankyouxxxxxxxxx

If you suffer from depression, the organisation Mind will sort out everything at the council for you. This will help take the pressure off and you can talk to them about anything that is troubling you.

I've looked up yr local Mind. It is apparnatly in Havant - you will probably find that there is one actually in Chichester but it may be a satellite sevice from the one in Havant.
