First post - Surgery on Monday!

Hi everyone

I have been reading this forum for months now and haven't posted anything, thought I would post before I actually go and get surgery!

I'm having my op on Monday at UCLH (London), having a bypass. It's all happened really quickly for me which I feel really lucky about, I know some people have had to wait years. Had my funding approved in April and had my first appointment at the hospital on 12/06/2012 (op on 01/10/2012) so just under 4 months since first appointment.

Has anyone else had the surgery done at UCLH?

Hi billyboo blue..was wondering can i ask you a few questions :0) i have been referred to UCLH for wls.. I have my first appointment next month.. what happens at this appointment? when did you know you had funding? & do u know the criteria for funding at UCLH ?? Thanks for your help :0)
