Flowered waters help!!!

Can you drink the still flavoured water ?
My states clear liquids tea, coffee without milk or sugar.
I am day 9 doing quite well no real hiccups.
Hope some one can help!!!!:sigh:

I don't think so because they have sugar and calories in them. You can have no added sugar squashes though... They were my salvation! Lol xx
