Hi all I'm having a band fitted on the 15th of thismonth in 4 days!! Christmas is cancelled this year lol I was just wondering whether anyone has any tips before going in to hospital and any stories of their first week or two after, just so I know what to expect! Thanks all, Luce x

Congratulations and good luck, hope it all goes well! There are lots of diaries posts etc written by other banders which Im sure you will find if you look around.
Best advice I can give is listen to the advice of your team and to move about as much as you can after the op to move the trapped wind! x
