Hello all

I am having my band fitted on Saturday at Dolan Park Hospital with THG.
Many years of yo yo dieting, enough is enough now, I am 42 and ready for this.

I have been logging on and reading for some time and getting many useful tips, thank you all and good luck with your quest.
