Hi everyone got a phone call today saying my op is 23rd may just 2 weeks !!!!!! Im happy im scared im worried u name it im feeling .
Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated

I had the bypass less than 6 months ago almost 7st down best decision I ever made Sat here in size 14-16 primark lounge leggins In November last year I was in size 26 Jeans

I had the same op less than 2 weeks ago....and I am feeling good. Congratulations. I remember waiting enthusiastically for my date...and then panicking when I got the call. For me, it was nowhere near as bad as I thought ut would be. Good luck! X

Thank you all onky thing im worried about is im 10lb heavier than my last appointment i lost weight due to a bad break up and nkw im bk on my feet ive put 10lb on i just hioe i can shift some before my preop on wednesday hooefully theyll say asling as i reach my last weight of 19st 10lb then the op will go ahead. I got lost in the system so now from seminar its been 27 month waiting and trying my weight at seminar was 22st 2lb so hopefully i can do it xx

Fingers crossed for you lovey. I was worried about my weight at preop as I was about five pounds heavier than previous hospital appt. However, they didn't even want to know my weight at preop and by actual op date, that 5lbs along with another few had gone due to preop diet.

They said i start liver diet on monday but ive started today to try shift them 10lb or at least some of them. How long are you usually in hospital for my type 1 diabetic aswell so would that mean a little longer in hospital due to getting levels right xx

Right so ..... ive been doing my pre op diet since friday but not supposed to start until today (mon) to try and shift some of the 1stone 7lbs i had put on since my endo ! Jumped on scales thjs morning ive lost 7lbs since friday !!!!! God this diets hard very very hard im bad tempered im grouchy but saying that the energy i have is amazing . Im just in such a panic to loose as much as possible for.thursday for my pre op . I doubt ill loose 1 stone in 4 days till pre op but i want to get as close to the 19.10 i was at endo so hopefully theyll give me the chance to loose the rest till my op on 23rd ? Do you think theyd let me do that. Ive waited so long for this and im so worried theyll cancel it xx
