I had a sleeve in 2013 and after some glorious years in the slimmer sun, it went south and I’m back to square one.

I just started my pre-op diet again today for a bypass conversion on the 16th of feb.

Day 1 has been… rough. There were some tears and I know it’s going to be a rollercoaster.

Bless your heart, it’s far far from the easy option as so many people seem to think don’t they, I wish you lots of luck epwith your next surger, stick with that pre-op diet, you need a nice small liver to assist the surgeon, it’s going to be worth it, it’s a second chance for you x
