Not sure if anyone else can see a difference but its the first time I've looked at a couple of pics and thought wow!

Thanks everyone! I was 31st 3lbs in 2007 and had 6 months of doing the cambridge diet and then moving onto ww and lost 3stones. I then started this journey and have done the milk diet twice to loose 5% of my body weight which is what my hospital requires before we meet the surgeon so since 2007 i've lost 4stones.

My stats match yours, I'm only 5ft 3 not sure your height. I've since lost 18 stone. Well done so far and it's totally doable!
