Heart set on looking good for 30th!!

Hey Amber,

If you've dieted before and lost weight then regained the weight. This will still happen after the op if you don't control your calorie intake after you have achieved your goal weight as the operation is only a tool to aid weight loss. It needs to be for life after your op, so its up to you're self control. Victoria x

I know :( I dont binge all day and i do eat fairly healthy, i dont live on junk food. Alot of my problem is portion size so if im resticted on the amount i eat it shouldnt be so bad. I also feel that going to drastric measures to help myself weher funded by nhs or going private that will give me that extra will power to make it work and try harder. My bmi is only 41.5 so compared to many of you having surgery i must have a little bit more will power than some. Im hoping that as people double my size with worse eating habits than me can do it then so can i. :)
