Hello all - I have not been on this site for ages so thought I would come and say HELLO!
Me and Elsie are doing really well. Breastfeeding is going well and she is putting weight on well. As for me....Yeah my diet has kind of gone to pot! I have spoken to my dietician who has basically told me to keep with the protein and forget pretty much forget things until I stop breastfeeding.
My sugar levels (hypoglycaemia) have not sorted themselves out, however I seem to be controlling them a little better.
Anywho - Im off for now!
