Help needed for Medical kit for holls???

What emergency medical stuff would I need to pack for my holls??? especialy just in case I have a dicky tum ect. Am I allowed imodium ect?? like the normal peeps have??? Gail x

immodium for the squits,
buscopan for grips
ducolax for constipation
all these are bypass friendly and can be taken with the suppliments prescribed.
Obviously if you take any other medication check out with the pharmasist about them.

Get immodium instants if you can, more pouch friendly as they dissolve on your tongue (and taste nice!). If you suffer with wind then either windeze or deflatine are fine too.
Rehydration sachets might be a good idea as if you do get ill it can be harder to drink enough fluids with our ickle tums.

Gail if you start taking acidophillus tablets now, they are pro biotics and put a lining on your tum.They helped me in Goa, and I was fine with immodium too
