Thanks for the good wishes
I've had a rough time in the last week.
Though everything was looking better yesterday but had a bad night and a severe case of constapation (due to the pre-op diet and drugs) so have hurt my stomach muscles a bit and feeling a bit sorry for my self today:wave_cry:
