April 8th will be a year that I have been waiting for the insurance company to cover the surgery. The last thing I will have to do is meet with there psychologist. I am very nervous they will find other reasons to prolong the surgery. Any suggestions for proximal, medial, or distal, I'm thinking of distal but not sure if I will lose weight to fast and have extra skin. Any comments

I don't believe we have a choice in these matters tbh... Take the advice of your surgeon and you shouldn't go far wrong...

Yes in the US and thanks when I finally get to meet with the doctor about this I will ask him.
