how do i add a statistic bar of the weight id like to loose?

i am new 2 this and havent really got a clue. id like to know how to email people who have replied to my posts - i am friends with a member but it wont let me see there profile or email them? and also how i add the statistics graphics to my profile. i know im a ditz but any help would be appreciated thanks all
