How much have u lost in the lsd ?

Just wanted to know how much people have lost in the livet shrinking diet ?
I've lost 10lb in 9 days don't know if this is gonna be enough to shrink my liver.
Got 3 days left x

In the 2 weeks I lost 16 I think .. It's incredible ! But not a substanable diet in the long run

14lb over the two weeks. Mine was a food based LSD, I enjoyed it but was getting a bit tedious at the end.

I lost 7kg over 2 weeks on boots scales (8kg on the hospital scales on op day). Mine was the milk diet - 1lt milk and 2ltrs sugar free drinks. My provider's guidelines were to loose 4-6kg.

Also it isn't about the weight you've lost to shrink your liver if you're sticking to the lsd then it will have shrunk enough in time for surgery x

I lost 6lb, less than a lot of people but my surgon was happy, there were no issues, and the surgery went smoothly

I lost 10lb's I think but as @starryeyed says it's not really about weight so try not to worry.

Excited and nervous as the day gets closer I'm more nervous then excited.
Packed my bag today so I'm all ready
