The milk diet isn't meant for weight loss its actually designed to shrink your liver for your operation.

Losses will depend on how much you weigh & what your eating was like before you started the diet.

I did the low carb diet as I had been following that before so can't even give you my losses.

Good luck with yours when do you start it?
 
You can lose around 5 to 10lbs on average in the first week...some can lose more, it is difficult to say as everyone is so different in how the weight comes off. In the first week or two it is mostly water and glycogen.
