GOT HOME TODAY,BIT SORE ON THE LEFT SIDE AND FOR SOME REASON GOT A SORE LEFT CHEEK BUTTOCK.....LOL, DONT KNOW WHY?
STARTED ON LIQUIDS TODAY ,COMSOMME,YOGHURT,AND TRIED SLIMFAST SHAKE BUT A BIT SICKLY.
