I got home this morning, feeling a little battered and bruised, but feeling ok. St anthonys was nice. One nurse needed to brush up on her people skills but all in all good , and mr reddy was really nice.

just had my first lunch at home. half a tin of blended ww soup which i couldn't finish, wasnt sure if the feeling i had was full or still the wind i have lol
