Ipad and I phone why cant i

i have download the wls app for my iphone and ipad butt everytime i try to login it say incorrect user details iv even double checked im not inputting wrong info and im not so why cant i access from my apps???

no idea sorry. may be worth deleting the app and reinstalling?
