I am writing this post because I was thinking of trying slimfast to help get my weight down but being borderline diabetic i am wondering if slimfast is high in sugar content.Rob
If you are a diabetic I would advise you to see your Dr because skipping meals can affect your blood sugar levels.
The high levels of sugar in the content come from lactose sugars and not glucose so it would be ok on a low calorie diet but as you are diabetic skipping meals is a no no.
Your GP will be able to give you the correct advice.
I'm diebetic and have slimfast as I can't get any solids down at the moment. I would see your gp though as the others have said just to make sure. Good luckxx
