Ist surgiversary

1st surgiversary yesterday.
year since my bypass yesterday, everythying has gone pretty good. was at chichester for my 1 year checkup on tuesday and they are happy. probably the best thing i ever done. lost 87% of excess body fat

It does go quick, it worked a lot better than I expected. its funny how people dont recognise you after you loose the weight.
