Guys thanks for kind words & encouragement (as always). I am so grateful for the NHS giving me this surgery. It has revolutionised my life. Despite my initial teething problems & I really do work hard at it, honestly it is so much easier than all the diets/weight loss programmes I've done in the past.
Still got a long way to go & believe this life style change has to be for life or weight gain will creep back. I am so determined to not let that happen. With my family & friends & the support of you guys I have the bet chance ever. Hugs & kisses x
