Hi all, just letting you all know I'll be back soon. I've not been well and what with the lack of funds I have no internet for a month. I wiil be back though and hopefully be able to support those who need some help. Hope everyone is doing ok and looking forward to christmas. I'm off to see the scan of the baby on monday and to find out whether I'm having a grandson or a grandaughter. I can't wait lol. Please take care all of you and I'll be in touch soonxxxxx

Sorry to hear you not been well and struggling to get on line! You have given helpful advice to myself in the past so look forward to you coming back! Just checked your weight loss you have done great!! I'm eating normal now and waiting to see the dietician to get an appointment for a band fill so hopefully get done in few weeks as feel bit of a failure at mo!!! xx
