Hi. Got weighed for first time since surgery today and am 5lb down in 5 days. Will do proper weigh in on Tuesday which is my 7th day but was so excited I couldn't resist!! Lol. xx

I'm feeling ok. A few aches and pains in my ribs but it will pass. I got weighed again today. I'm now 7lb down! Nearly a stone since pre op started. I'm so made up!! Tried puréed mash today with gravy from a roast beef joint. It was the most amazing thing I've ever tasted!! Lol. It's gone down well too xx

1 stone 1 pound down inc pre op diet. 2 weeks ago I thought I'd never achieve that!!! So pleased. Happy Christmas peeps!!! xxxx
