Although im relatively new to this site the people on it are all so good at making you feel instantly welcome and at ease so thank you all.Two people in particular who have been really lovely are Beverlie and RoseA so thanks again all and look forward to getting to know you all more.

We are only the tip of the iceberg... you have so many marvellous people on here, all bringing a new experience and new perspective... when we put it all together it really helps someone or another...

I have had more help on here than I have ever had in my life to better my weight problems...

Must say Mark, it's the greatest pleasure that you are on the forum, I'm so pleased we have all found each other and no problem is too silly to ask... someone or other has heard it all...
