Just had our works Christmas night out. As always I dread the flurry of Facebook photo's I'm tagged in, but this years ones were definitely better than last years ones. So.... Not sure how heavy I was last Christmas, was avoiding the scales which is never a good thing. However, I've lost about 5 1/2 stone since June. Three before my op and 2 1/2 since. Love my bypass (most days). Xxx
