Logging food

do you have a blackberry/iphone i dont know if it works on others, but someone mentioned an app called 'my fitnesspal' it is brilliant you download it and its easy to get started then you log what you have had for breakfast, lunch and tea and it tells you the value of everything, so you could see if you needed more of something or less of another. hope this helps, i have been using it for a few days now and highly recomend it as it brilliant when you are out and about .
