logging on from my new laptop

I have used this forum on my tablet for the past couple of years. I leave my access open and so can get on anytime. However, I've a new laptop and I can't access my account on it. I cannot remember my password. Every time I message to say I can't access, my messages are ignored. I receive no response whatsoever
