Low calcium levels

Hi all I'm currently pre op, hoping to have the sleeve at Walsall Manor. I've been suffering with aches and pains in my arms with lots of tiredness. After having blood tests it has shown I have low calcium levels. Im waiting for more results but wondered if anybody has had this or knows if this will effect me having my op.
