thanks for the info people will keep off alot of carrots and peas

day 2 feel a bit hungry I think but filling up with water and dilute juice feel tired too but will keep going think its going to be a long week but hey! this time next week will be panicking about going into hospital:(

breakfast - weetabix, milk, sweetner, juice
lunch - slice of bread 100g of chicken, salad
dinner - 1small potato, veg, 100g chicken oxo cube and water
snacks - 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 low fat, low sugar yohurt


thinking of the bigger picture !!!! (SMALLER ONE LOL)
