milk diet

can you eat onions as part of your veg and can you use stock cubes to help make veg tasty oh also can you have peas

1st day of diet today

breakfast - 1 weetabix, sweetner, and milk, sml glass of fruit juice

lunch 100g chicken, tomats, lettuce , cuecumber and 1 slice of wholemeal bread

banana

tea 100g chicken, 1tbs rice, carrots, turnip, cauli, brocoli and cabbage just a little of each

low fat, low sugar yoghurt (ww) and an apple

lots of dilute juice no added sugar
 
My milk diet was just that milk!!!!
5 pints of milk! One stock cube a ww jelly and that was it!!!!
 
think I'v just realised it isnt the milk diet as I am diabetic and tablet controlled :)
 
Lol!!! Thought I'd been picked on, your diet is much nicer and similar to what I have been doing. I was told it had to be low fat and carb so that looks like what you are doing!!!
 
Mine is just milk and low fat yogurts and sugar free jelly
My only problem is I don't like milk :mad:
 
Lol that's not the milk diet but on the diet plan you ate on be careful with peas and the sweeter veg like carrots etc as they are classed as high carb in the veg world x good luck!!! X
 
I'm on 2 pints of semi skimmed milk and 2 low fat yogurts and a stock cube........
 
remember the bigger picture it is definitely worth it xx
