Low fat yoghurt

Advice needed, getting ready for post op stage. Trying to find low fat yoghurt a the are below 5g sugar per 100%.

I have looked through lots but can't seem to find any,

They are really hard to find. I just had natural fat free yogurt and mashed my own fruit in!

Yes natural yogurt is the best.

Yes natural yogurt farge I had! Used to buy Greek style fat free make smoothie with fruit as it was still quite thick! Funny how your taste buds adjust to healthier food! Didn't crave other sweet food!

I have just started eating FAGE 0% fat and 4g. sugar per 100g. Lovely and thick and creamy.
