Hi Janey, I have only yesterday had a long appointment at the hospital to discuss having exactly this proceedure (also known as a circumferential tummy tuck) done. It sounds drastic but needs must! I googled it last night to get some more info on it, and also googled for before and after pics of which there are loads. Might be worth a search,
