Lunch!!!!

Hi,

Just a quickie...have opened some M&S Thai fishcakes for lunch...235 cals each...
I have eaten 1 and very yummy it was too...but i REALLY REALLY want the other....
I have no restriction (had one fill nxt fill sept 18th!) What should i do...trust me...this isn't head hunger.!!! I see some of you hardly eat anything!!!!

Did you have anything with it? I love those too and would prob have a big salad with it. If you are really, really hungry have a drink first then why not have half then see how you feel x
 
Oh I know how you feel hun :sigh: having no restriction is horrible and you could eat everything in sight, i dont want to tell you to have it or not to have it its your decision but if you have it maybe have a lower calorie dinner to make up for it???

Any ideas on calories per day post banding?

I was told at THG to have between 1200 & 1500 cals a day, im lucky if I can manage 1000, some days were only 600/700, if I have a low cal day I have an ice-cream or something that night to make up the cals and as a wee treat :copon:naughty I know but what the hell. Most days I have ham, beetroot and potato salad for lunch, this really fills me up or what about a poached egg & slice of nimble wholemeal toasted, always does the trick for me

It depends really, I have around 1000 but as Im a big strapping girl of 5ft 10 when I exercise I have a bit more. Anywhere between 1000 and 1200 should be good right now x
