Man Chest and belly skirt

Any one got any suggestions (apart from surgery) what can be done about these?
I am starting to research different ideas as mine are getting longer each month

From what I have read and seen on TV there isnt a lot you can do, excercise can help a bit but I think surgery is really the only proper option, some PCTs will pay for it, other wont. I do worry what will happen with my skin, its almost like getting rid of one thing and gaining something nearly as bad.

Bryan i was told it really depends on age, in female's how many pregnancies they have had as to how your skin will react. Thank god in my case i can rely on great bras to at least hold the spaniel ears up but i'm not so sure there is anything except surgery that will really help! Sorry thats not really much help but i'll watch with interest to see if anyone has suggestions xx

Really sorry, but surgery is the only way....

These are 2 areas that cannot be worked on very well. The chest exercises will help to pack them out a bit but not much.
