Mdt on friday

My MDT is Friday and I'm so nervous I feel like cancelling the stupid thing!
I no I'm going to get tongue tied talking to everyone and make an ass of myself and they're going to think that I haven't tried hard enough to lose weight and I no if they do say anything like that I won't say anything to contradict them

I wish I was braver with things

An MDT day varies from hospital to hospital. It is a multi-disciplinary team day where you meet several members of your care team which could be anyone from Surgeon, Consultant, Dieticians, Bariatric Nurse, Physical activity 'coach', Anaesthetist.

I've got my MDT at RCH Treliske (Cornwall) next Tuesday so good luck to you too. I'm nervous too, it's totally normal to be.
