Thanks Maz forgot all about Ryvita x

Try Ryvita Crunch with fruit in it and Wholearth peanut butter for a nice sweet snack.Plenty of protein in the pnb!

Hi Mandy

I eat melba toast all the time, you should be fine. Did you get the really small ones - six in a pack?

I have them with hummous, or cottage cheese, no sugar peanut butter, or low fat soft cheese, smoked salmon etc, etc - the world is your lobster lol

I do like ryvita too, especially the seeded ones. I can only manage 2 and find that they fill me more rather than the protein topping.

There isnt much to the melba toast so I find they are a bit easier on the pouch :D

I hope you enjoy them x

Yum yum sounds good, where do you get that peanut butter from xx

I have been eating ASDA Melba toasts from week 2.

I found that they do go down really well.

I normally have 3 for my breakfast, topped with either low fat cheese.
1x Laughing cow triangle light,
sliced boiled egg,
or slice lean boiled ham.
Mmmmmmmm
