Here is the link for ticker factory , you put your details in it and copy and paste the img code into your signature which is in the cp user section (top left of page), then edit signature and thats where u copy and paste the img code ....need any more help dont hesitate to ask xx

Hi here is how u do it.
1.Go to www.tickerfactory.com look for a weight loss ticker.
2. Follow all the steps to set up the ticker
3.Highlight the BB code, then right click on ur cursor and click copy
4. Come to the site, click on user cp top left hand site of the site
5.Click on signature
6. Then just right click on ur cursor again and click paste
7. Once u have done all that at the bottom of the box u will see save signature click on that and then its done.

Hope that was not 2 confusing am not 2 good at giving instructions lol xx
