My forst weigh in....

Just had my first weekly weigh in and I'm very happy! Although I can't see any major changes (VERY early days i know!!), I have lost 6ib in week one, but more importantly I've lost 17cm in total! 5cm off my waist alone ....


Only 4st 8lb to go

I'm so stupid I forgot to measure before op so started measuring some time after op. Waist measure is down to 93cm from 124cm in 21 weeks.

Well done and great to take measurements too as if there's times when you don't lose lbs but change shape you have that to celebrate
