My Two Dogs

We have had two dogs for around 18 months now and they both love a run at the park, until recently I have managed to get them there and get a half decent walk. I have been suffering with a bad back that had been getting worse as I have gained weight.

But have been trying desperately to ensure they get there run.

It is there bath day today and they are both running round the house trying to dry off it's so funny. I am so looking forward to getting my operation out of the way so I can get a little more mobile.

Do we have any other dog owners.

I don't anymore, work etc commitments mean it's not possible, but I used to own Chow Chows so not a lot of running about. Getting them out for a walk was a struggle at times!!

One of these days we will though x

I have a great dane called barney, and he is more than just a dog he's almost a therapy dog, whenever i'm about to fly off the handle he can sense it and comes and sits on my lap lol He really is a remarkable animal, hes sense are out of this world x here he is

This is 14 month old Baxter. When I first got him my knees were so bad that I couldn't walk far but now I can go for miles as long as it's flat. Fortunately he prefers to stay on the park and play with his friends so I've been able to just sit on the bench whilst I've been recovering from surgery. He has changed my life so much. I used to be very isolated, whereas now I know lots of other dog walkers.

As soon as my partner gets up (dozy bugger) I will ask him to put some pics of my Wizzy on here. He is my guardian angel, but its a long story so wont bore you with it lol.
I have loved all the pics of our doggy and kitty companions. Thanks so much for sharing. They are gorgeous.

Two cats Theo and Ali, 4 hens, 1 cockrel and 3 baby chicks all their own work this year. a dozen goldfish in the ponds and occasionally Misty my mum and dads Collie cross who comes to stay whenthey visit my brother in Slovenia where he teaches English.

thanks for the reply and pictures I have two spaniels a cocker and a welsh springer, the springer has to get out ever day
They both had there bath yesterday the cocker loves it the springer not so much
