Yesterday

Breakfast. 3spoons of ready brek with skimmed milk n a spoon of marvel added

Lunch. 1 slice of Weight Watchers Bread, sliced chicken n salad

Dinner. Lowfat home made Pasta bolognaisse (could only eat 3/4 pieces o f pasta

Snacks. Milky coffee with skimmed milk n marvel. Mueller light orange yoghurt


Today

Breakfast. Half a weetabix hot skimmed milk

Lunch. Home made veg soup with pulses

Dinner. Will be a little home made low fat Lasagna with a bit of salad

Not had any snacks today
