I am nervous, but I see Monday as being a new start for me. I'm having my bypass done at Hope hospital, Manchester and is being carried out by the lovely Mr Ammori.

You are in very good hands then. The entire team is fantastic.

We will all be thinking of you on Monday,you have one of the best surgeons in the country and Im sure his team will take good care of you.When you go down take deep breaths to keep you calm,they will explain everything as you get put under.You wont believe how quick it will seem to be and you will be on the ward recovering.Do everything they ask ie getting up and moving about.Thats the quickest way to recover.When you are ready have a nice wash and clean your teeth you will feel so much fresher.Good luck will speak when you get back.x
