Hi all
I am trying to work out the nutritional info of home made foods, like bread and soup.
I have searched the internet and found a free one called CalorieKing which gives the nutrirional values of most foods, including protein, carbs and fat.
Just wondered what other sites some use that are free? Not much seems to come up with the search engine and they all seem to be American
