Forgot to ask if anyone takes a multi-vitamin and if so which one ? I have been advised that it needs to be liquid form or chewable and I don't know which one to get

Hi and wecome to minis,
i'm still waiting so i'm not at that stage yet, but it will be interesting to see what people take, i'll keep watching to find out.

I take sanatogen A-Z now post op but you will need a liquid one after surgery which I got from my doctor as I dont pay for prescriptions.
Hope that helps
xx

I take the Bassets raspberry chewable ones.

It was recommended by the dietitian.

A double dose of Tescos childrens chewable multivitamins and minerals. Cheap as chips, only £1.53 for 60.

The dietician told me a couple of weeks ago that she has researched this, and the best one at the moment is Bassetts Active Health Multivitamin and Minerals for Adults. You can get them online but they're cheaper in Asda....something like £2.81. They're raspberry flavour pastilles.

Oh and don't they sound delish?

I Bought a Kiddies Haliborange one from Boots, threw away ths box to pack it for hospital, then discovered it was full of SUGAR.

I've never dared try it, I'm on sanatogen a to z gold now, back on horse sized pills much quicker than anticipated
